Splash is a very cool, red roan, overo gelding.  He won $10,000 in halter classes as a younger horse so you know he is a looker! His red roan coloring adds to his uniqueness.   He has been used in the mountains, led the pack strings and been packed.  He has been trail ridden going up and down the trails as well as bushwacking.  He has been over logs, bogs, bridges, water and more.  He is super friendly and always wants to be with you. You can catch him anywhere if he doesn't catch you first!  He is easy to clip, bathe, load and haul.  He has no vices and stands great for the farrier.   He causes no problems with other horses. He is just really a no muss, no fuss kinda guy. We have ranch roped live cattle in the arena and doctored off him out in the open.  We've done all the ranch chores on him.  He is a horse you can put pressure on in a high energy situation but then drop your hand and walk off quietly with.   He lopes nice circles in the arena and rides around one handed.  He is confident in the arena or outside. Splash rides in a group or alone - he is fine with either.  He is good with dogs, tarps, tractors, 4 wheelers and all the  equipment we have around the ranch.   He has a very personalble and friendly personality that makes it hard to not fall in love with him.  He has been great to have him in our program for the last couple years but he is ready to move on to a new home.   He is UTD on VX and Worming.  We did xrays on him and they are available.
